While similar to therapy, coaching is an entirely different modality and might help you tap into different insights or possibilities for your life.
Coaching is many different things and can mean different things to different people. It is a huge umbrella under which many disparate practices and modalities can fall.
What does a tragic hero story look like when all players are motivated by love, collaboration, and kindness? Are heroes even necessary anymore?
Have you been a climate zombie? What sacrifice might you make to help maintain a livable planet?
When I really listen within, what feels most alive lately is an impulse to speak more powerfully and boldly, especially about ways I and others can be in greater integrity with ourselves, our society, and our planet.
Everyone has a "good reason" that perfectly explains how they are showing up, whether or not it's diagnosable. Or perhaps, the only diagnosis they really need is "human."
The question is not: Did I make the right decision? The question is: How can I make this the right decision?
Perhaps the only thing we can say with some certainty is that the world is changing, more rapidly and radically than ever before.
Here's my invitation: For New Year's this year, choose just one resolution. And instead of adding something new, make your resolution about letting go of some practice that drains, districts, or undermines you.
