Checkology is a free e-learning platform, created by the News Literacy Project, with lessons on subjects like news media bias, misinformation, conspiratorial thinking and more. Checkology's interactive lessons are taught by top journalists and experts, and feature real-world examples from social media and news sites.
Checkology is used both by educators, in classrooms, and by individuals of all ages who wish to improve their news literacy skills. Learners develop the ability to identify credible information, seek out reliable sources and apply critical thinking skills to separate fact-based content from falsehoods.
